Welcome Tribe Salon Studio!
We're excited to showcase these 2 (3 chair) studios directly next door to each other on Coast Highway! Tribe North and Tribe South collectively know as Tribe Salon Studios. They are open for business by appointment only and are following all covid protocol. Temperature is checked at the door, and both parties are required to wear masks at all times; alongside hand sanitizer on every station, barbicide hospital grade disinfectant used to sanitize everything and no extra guests or double booking. Look no further - get your cuts, color, keratin, and blowouts for men and women.

1. How long have you been styling hair? What inspires you to do what you do?
I have been doing hair for 8.5 years. I do what i do because i love being able to have a creative outlet while making people feel good. I’m also passionate about being an environment conscious salon. We only carry brands with recycled packaging and leaping bunny certified ingredients.
2. Encounter any especially unique obstacles with this pandemic? What have you found has helped you and your team push thru?
We definitely had quite the roller coaster ride due to being shut down twice, but we remained positive as a team and did everything in our power, including following all covid compliant protocols to ensure that our clientele felt comfortable and safe coming back in to the salon. Not to mention, we are two 3 chair studios so there are never more than 6 people in the studio at a time. We also have an advantage being this small, if we slip back in to purple, we are not required to go down to 25% occupancy, we can remain at 100%.
3. What's your personal self-care routine?
I am a pretty low maintenance person considering the fact that I’m a hairstylist. I use earth and health friendly products, and rarely heat style my hair to maintain the health and integrity. I am a sucker for lash extensions, facials, pedicures and massage.
4. Favorite part of styling?
My favorite type of hair to do is low maintenance color. I love giving my clients a gorgeous, yet natural (with my own twists) look.
