Snap ADU was created by Moore Construction to focus exclusively on building granny flats in Oceanside, Carlsbad and North County San Diego. Moore Construction has been known as a reputable & experienced general contractor specializing in high-end custom homes and renovation in North County San Diego. We’ve designed the Snap ADU product & process to meet the need for economical, efficient, and attractive stick-built ADUs.
Co-founder Mike has been in North County for nearly two decades, with his family in Carlsbad and Oceanside; and has been running a contracting business focused on North County for the past 7 years. Co-founder Whitney proudly calls North County home for 3 yrs now, and finds it a wonderful change of pace from the east coast!
